2210 yellow wax silk VS2310 oily lacquer silk
The full name of 2210 yellow wax silk is "2210 real silk oily lacquered silk fabric", and the full name of 2310 lacquered silk is "2310 nylon spinning oily lacquered silk fabric". From its name, it can be seen that the main difference between the two is the substrate: 2210 is natural mulberry silk, and 2310 is artificial silk nylon spinning. The elongation and shrinkage rates of the two are also different in terms of performance:
1、 The elongation is different: the elongation of 2210 is 1%, and the elongation of 2310 is 4%.
2、 Different shrinkage rates: 2210 has a low shrinkage rate and does not deform when used at 105 ℃; 2310 has a high shrinkage rate and will deform when used at 105 ℃.
Because the appearance is almost the same, how can we distinguish which is 2210 yellow wax silk and which is 2310 oily lacquer silk?
The simplest way is to use the fire test method to determine: ignite a section of the sample with a lighter and observe the results after combustion:
2210 silk yellow wax silk has no residue after combustion and can smell the smell of burnt hair;
A small lump on 2310 oily lacquered silk fabric that contracts together.
